50-75 minute breathwork classes where we journey through gentle pranayama and deep transformational breathwork, including somatic techniques and meditation within a communal space of like minded individuals.

Through these sessions we will explore various breathwork techniques designed to:

Our intention is to slowly cultivate a community of breathers, healers, shape-shifters, empaths, educators, and caregivers—a place for epic women and evolving men who want to prioritize their well-being so that, in return, they can show up for their loved ones as the wholest versions of themselves.

Ruptures happen during times of disconnection, so healing requires repair through connection and the compassionate act of witnessing. This inspired us to create a space where we come together for heart-centered healing, allowing you to experience the transformative power of community. In these classes, you’ll benefit from the guidance of an experienced breathwork facilitator and the support of a collective, enhancing your overall well-being.

This is a space where you can truly be seen and supported, showing up exactly as you are. It’s a place to simply be and breathe, allowing the intelligence of your body to guide your process. It can also support a deeper and more expansive experience in your 1:1 therapy and coaching sessions.

As 1:1 therapy and personal development coaching are not always accessible to everyone, we aimed to make breathwork classes near you available to a wider range of people. Breathwork classes support a variety of different issues. Through this somatic healing work, we are detaching from harmful societal narratives— and, instead, giving our bodies the tools and space to feel our rawest emotions safely, feel supported, feel nourished (spiritually, mentally, and emotionally), and imbue our everyday lives with vitality and new ways of existing.

What is Breathwork and Somatic Healing?

When we use the word “somatic,” we’re referring to something related to the body. As such, healing trauma, from a somatic lens, means we are being asked to trust what we are receiving from our bodies, rather than overriding or going against (this is usually done within the mind) the messages our nervous system is telling us. Breathwork is a somatic practice and one of the most powerful healing modalities for emotional, mental, and spiritual transformation. It’s a body-centered practice where a trained practitioner guides you through different conscious breathing techniques. I always say that with breathwork as a tool, healing naturally occurs where it's needed, without us needing to understand the "how."

Somatic healing encompasses various embodiment practices aimed at addressing the root of issues by working with the body. This approach enhances self-awareness, improves emotional and nervous system regulation, and helps restore a sense of wholeness. By engaging in breathwork classes near you, you can tap into the body's innate wisdom, enabling profound and sustainable integration.Somatic healing permits us to liberate ourselves from our minds and tap into the infinite wisdom of our bodies, allowing for feeling and integration in a deeply nourishing and sustainable way.
